EXPERIENCE

The Internet Law Center was founded in September 2007 by Bennet Kelley -- one of the nation's leading Internet attorneys.  Kelley has been active in many of the hottest Internet issues over the past decade having counseled clients, litigated, testified, lobbied, offered seminars and written commentaries on issues such as Internet Marketing, Spam, Spyware, Online Promotions, Privacy, Net Neutrality and Online Gambling.

VISION

The Internet Law Center is not only dedicated to helping businesses navigate today's evolving legal standards, it also works to help develop the policies of tomorrow.   Our professionals have played a leading role in shaping Internet law and policy.   For example, Bennet Kelley was commended by a key Congressional Committee for his contributions on Spyware legislation and led the effort to develop a cyberspace primer for state legislators as Co-Chair of the Legislative Subcommittee of the California Bar's Cyberspace Committee.
